Our Why
We aim to increase BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) representation in the veterinary profession, which will improve access to quality care for more animals and service to the community.
We believe access to education is a step towards that aim.
Join us for VMX 2023
The DVMC is excited to expand access to veterinary medicine education to traditionally underserved and underrepresented groups by offering education grants. Winners will be chosen and will receive an education grant in the form of free registration and paid travel expenses (hotel and airfare).*
With hundreds of CE credit hours to choose from, conference attendees will find relevant learning in a variety of formats as well as have the opportunity to network with industry professionals.
